Clear recent IP Addresses on macOS

Hi. On macOS 13.x here

Is there a way to clear the drop-down list of recently connected IP addresses on the macOS version of the receiver (22.0.0.8873)? 

On the forum there's a link answering how only on Windows

When you changed the property in the rgreceiverconfig file, did you uncomment the property (removed #), then saved the file, do not perform a SaveAs, and then relaunch the Receiver?   Rgreceiver.MaxSenderListSize=0
