ZCentral Connect
Microsoft Windows Server 2016

We just purchased a license for Connect, but the admin portal on our server only says "No valid license found" -- here's an excerpt from the log file (I replaced some potentially identifying information with XXX):

 

.Common.Logger - License Checkout warning for feature: HPZCentralConnect_LTU, Return failed, Flex Warning: Invalid host.

The hostid of this system does not match the hostid

specified in the license file.

Feature:       HPZCentralConnect_LTU

Hostid:        HOSTNAME=XXX

License path:  C:\ProgramData\HP\ZCentralConnectManager\HP ZCentral Con_XXX.lic;

FlexNet Licensing error:-9,57
