Customer bought  workstation included UR1P8SS, HP RGS 1-year trial license, but can't find the license number in box or device.

and if customer bought standalone license , how they got license number?

Customer should have received an email with the registration and activation codes to the email they used when they purchased the Z Workstation.  I can help with finding the license if that email has not been received.  Can you send me an email at zcentral@hp.com and include invoice for purchase?
