Product: HP Remote Graphics v3 LTU for non-HP Systems
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After waking the laptop after it sleeps Remote Boost has disconnected (as expected), if I reconnect to my workstation the Remote Boost workstation view doesn't appear but my desktop has frozen and won't let me click anything.  If I perform ctrl-alt-del I can end task remote boost from task manager and then can reconnect fine and carry on working.

 

Install was an upgrade of 20.4 on both laptop and workstation.

 

I was wondering if this was a known issue with an upgrade or if it's a reported issue with 20.4.1?  We are upgrading to Windows 11 so will see if I can get a laptop in a few weeks with that and see if I have the same issue.
