HP velocity - RGS Vdisplay- Config file easy logon.

Hi HP,

A few questions bundled.

1) Netwerk loss with HP Velocity

HP velocity is actived in our settings en we're using a VPN connection between Sender and receiver.

HP velocity is always dedecting Network loss, blue symbol. What are the values of this netwerkloss ? Because we have a lot of RGS-users that have sometimes network disconnects between sender and receiver. We changed the network settings (like described in the manual) in the receivers but the disconnects stay. When we have the official disconnect-values of the networkloss it would help us to troubleshoot the disconnect-troubles.

2) RGS Vdisplay audio playback Device

Is it possible to install RGS Vdisplay audio playback Device with a seperate installation ?

We use Microsoft SCCM to deploy RGS to our laptops and workstations. It's not that easy to re-install the whole software just for the audio device. Is there an option to install this ?

3) Config file Zcentral remote boost

Like i describe above, we use sccm to deploy our RGS installations.

We install the .exe and than we replace the config file with our settings.

In the Zcentral Remote boost, not all the settings changed by replacing the configfile.

The Easy-logon-setting is not changed with the config file. After an automated install with sccm we need to change the easy-logon manually. Is there an option to change the easy-logon setting with the config file of the receiver ?

Also the "prompt for username" in the receiver-settings is not possible to change with the configfile.
