Increase the level of FEC

Hello Kelly and Team,

Is there a way to increase the level of FEC (HP Velocity) to protect against packet loss and jitter.  There are random times that our remote artists are getting sub-par performance, which I believe is related to the fact that we are all on residential internet at home.  I would sacrifice increase data load for enhanced packet loss resilience from higher FEC.
