RGS ver 20.3.0
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We're using HP Z in an Edit environment with Avid Media Composer.  The Host is Windows 10 64 bit running Sender 20.3.0 released in Sept.

The primary user is on a Mac with dual screens running Receiver 20.3.0.  While in use he has no issues at all.

A secondary user on a Mac with Receiver 20.3.0 and dual screen connects and 90% of the time the session runs okay.  The 10% of the time the second user connects both people get instant lag, choppy playback and the session becomes unusable.  As soon as the second person drops off the primary user gets a good session again.

Is anyone else seeing this behaviour?

Have you tried using AVC during the collaboration session?  Both users would need to have it enabled for collaboration to work.
