Product: RemoteBoost
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Hi. I've been using RemoteBoost on my Mac (High Sierra, OS 10.13.6) controlling a remote Windows 10 Pro machine. (HP Z2 Mini G4). I've suddenly lost control of the keypad portion of my keyboard. The rest of the keyboard still maps out fine, but the keypad is nonfunctioning. Restarting both the local and remote machines have not fixed the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Are you using a Mac keyboard? 

Is it the actual numbers on the keypad that is not working, or the functions such as Home or End?

Can you try updating to our current release 20.1.2.8161 to see if the issue goes away?
