ZCentral Remote Boost 20.0
macOS 10.14 Mojave

I'm experiencing network timeout errors when using ZCentral Remote Boost Receiver on MacOS. It always happens when I use it in fullscreen mode and then temporarily switch to another application. MacOS seems to move ZCentral "offscreen" to another workspace and after a few seconds the disconnection popup appears and I have to reconnect to my sender.

Sometimes, if I move back to ZCentral Receiver's fullscreen window/workspace early enough it shows a frozen, red-tinted window indicating a network timeout warning (Receiver never recovers from this state though, and the disconnection error dialog gets shown after a few seconds).

Kind Regards

Stefan

I've checked the log file when this happens. Here's the relevant excerpt with my host name removed.

Does HP read this and forward bug reports or is there a particular way to report this if the forum isn't the right place?

cheers
