Hi HP Community,

we've been having a recurring issue where the mouse cursor turns into an X and cannot be used to click on the remote machine any longer. This seemingly happens at random and on different machines.

We're running a mix of CentOS 7 and Rocky Linux 8.5 both using the ZCentral_RB_22.1_Lnx_Sender_Receiver_M39125-009 installer.

Would anyone be able to at least tell us what this means when the cursor turns into an X? I've included a picture.

Many thanks,

Dan
