Hi

I need help with audio issue on HP RGS. 

 

I've remote workstation with sender version 7.7, behind a VPN and Firewall with only one port open, TCP 22.

I've configured rgs to use this port, i can connect and use the workstation, but i cannot hear audio....

 

Can u help me with this problem?

In the rgsenderconfig file there is an option for audio:

 

## Remote audio enables an audio stream from the sender to the
## receiver for playback.
## Rgsender.Audio.IsEnabled=0

 

uncommenting that bottom line should fix your issue

Ok, i've tried those configuration:

 

Rgsender.Audio.IsEnabled=1

Rgsender.Audio.IsEnabled=0

 

But still no audio...
