I need help with a recent purchase.  I purchased a PC direct from the website and never received an email confirmation.  The money was deducted from my account, but I’ve received no confirmations and no PC.  I’ve tried to call customer support 4 times with no answer.  I just need someone to help me find the purchase.  It was nearly 3 weeks ago.

Are you referring to the HP Store?

In the USA, at least, there are Chat options in addition to the listed phone contacts.

Personal opinion:

Regardless of all else, you should have received some kind of notice.

Check your spam folder - if the email was not recognized, your email service might have thought the notice was spam.

 

Perhaps the order, though accepted, was cancelled - likely due to the sudden lack of inventory.

IF that is the case, the money should be refunded.
