Z2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,
We're having a strange issue with a Z2 Tower G4 Workstation workstation and RGS (7.7) where we are unable to get any audio from the sender (the z2) to any receiver machine.
Audio on the machine is fine when not using RGS. Speakers, headphones, and even RDP I can get audio. Just no audio from this sender to any receiver.

The windows specifics;
Windows 10 Pro N
V. 1903
OS Build 18362.592

It's worth noting that we have other Z2 workstations with the same build/image of Windows and they are all fine. Just this one specific machine cannot pass audio through RGS.

Things we've tried;
-rebooting workstation
-restarting RGS service
-Several audio changes to RGS receiver software. Note that we can get audio from other z2 workstations fine

-Tried several different receiver machines Mac/Windows, Z2, Z440s, Z420s, none of them could get the audio from this specific sender.
-Tried changing windows audio devices (set to speakers)
-Reinstalling Audio Drivers
-Reinstalled RGS sender (7.7) (purge all user data)

-Modified the rgssenderconfig file;
Uncommencted Rgsender.Audio.IsEnabled=1
Commented out Rgsender.Audio.IsEnabled=1

Uncommented Rgsender.Audio.IsEnabled=0
Commented Rgsender.Audio.IsEnabled=0
None of these worked and worth noting that after each change the workstation was rebooted

We have several z2 workstations that don't have any RGS audio issues -just this one specific machine. The only thing we haven't really tried is reinstalling windows but I'd like to avoid that if possible. The machines are all the same specs and windows OS build.

Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks! and stay safe during these uncertain times 🙂
