Product: HP Remote Graphics Receiver Version: 7.6.1.19438
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hallo community,
we have installed RGS 7.6.1.19438 on a new HP Z2 G4 Workstation and following problem:
As soon as a window is touched while holding down the left mouse button, the mouse cursor immediately and permanently disappears. So it's not possible to work reasonably. For example, every time we move a window, the mouse pointer disapperars.
With the Workaround by the key combination [Shift]+[Space] the mouse pointer can be made visible again. But that's not a permanent solution.
Does anyone in the community know this problem? I hope someone can help us.
