You have specified a remote computer correctly, but one of the following issues exists:
sender app is not responding
remote computer is off or in sleep mode
remote computer network may be blocking access

How do I go about troubleshooting this? I've installed the sender on rhel 9 virtual environment -

I attempt to connect to the host through a windows box that can remote desktop to it normally, so networking shouldn't be an issue.
