Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Even if I set the column of the Method to "Single Sign On" and press "LOG IN" in the Client Portal,

"Logging In ..." message is displayed for a long time and the process is not completed.

Is there any way to solve this problem?

I selected "Use Local System account" ZCentral Connect Manager Setting.

Is this setting related to the above problem?

Is it necessary to configure "KDS Root Key" and "gMSA" to build an SSO environment?

Also, can you tell me about the impact on the entire system by these settings?

Best regards

What version of Connect Manager are you using?  Are the agents and clients using the same version?

Hello Kelly

Thank you for your reply.

We are using version 22.0.6152.0 of Connect Manager.

Agent and Client are also the same version.

Just wanted to respond here.  I am not able to respond to your last PM to me, so I am having the issue looked into.
