That's my first question -- is this the right place to make feature requests, and mainly for ZCentral Connect? We've been a Remot Boost customer for over half a year, but now we're also a Connect customer. We're a video post-production shop in advertising, and I have some requests, mainly for Connect, that are specific to our application scenario and some that are general.

 

Thanks a lot -- we love Remote Boost, and we want to love Connect just as much!

I received a response...

 

Apparently, at least in this instance, we (the Community) does not have a method to actually shunt the request to HP internal.

If the software is purchased / commercial software, if you have a contract for it or an HP representative that works with the software (even sales?), try contact that persona.

 

What else?

HP does not have an Official presence in the Community - but there are people and bots that peruse the Community checking for items of interest, trends, and items and need attention.  Post what you want here in the Community.

 

Caveat:  Never post any private information here - we are a public resource - Rats lurk in the corners waiting for someone to post something interesting...
