Hello,
When will the version of ZCentral_RB_MacOS_receiver be available for MacOS Ventura?
The current version 22.1 don't want to install on MacOS Ventura.
Best regards,

Let me check to see if we are adding support for Ventura for Remote Boost V22. I don't know if HP Anyware supports that OS yet or not. We were not planning on adding any new operating system support for Remote Boost, but will check just to be sure.

Hello,
Both of you reported issues installing the V22.1 Mac Receiver. We have tested the installation and had no issues. How are you trying to install the Mac receiver? Double clicking on the installer? You have admin privileges correct? Also, did you do an upgrade from a previous OS to Ventura, or did you do a clean Ventura OS installation? What about Remote Boost, upgrading to latest version or did you uninstall and then install 22.1 as a clean installation?

Were you able to get V22.1 installed on your receiver? I have not had anyone respond to my questions. Really need my questions answered as we are not seeing any issues installing the Mac Receiver on Ventura, and we are working on getting a patch release out by the end of this month.

You have admin privileges correct?
You can check the integrity of the package with "pkgutil --check-signature"
Do you know if you have Rosetta installed? Should not need it with V22.1, but in our testing, we were prompted
to install it.
Also, did you do an upgrade from a previous OS to Ventura, or did you do a clean Ventura OS installation?
Are you using a released version of Ventura, or an earlier version, please provide version:
