ZCentral Connect Agent
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Anyone else having an issue with the agents showing as 'disconnected' in portal? We just had to re-register roughly 10 of our agents which show 'connected' in the portal, then just seem to drop a few hours later.

What OS are you using for the Manager and Agents?  Can you provide me with more details the following:

Does the agent service really stop?  Is it possible that when the machine "goes to sleep", that is when the agent "disconnects" and then when you bring the host out of sleep mode, the agent reconnects?  I would also like to collect the Manager and Agent log files.  Will reach out in a PM for those files.  I have to get that enabled for you first.

Hey Kelly,

Win 10 Pro agent's, Server 2019 for the Manager.

All of the agents reporting.

2021-12-13 13:29:29,993 [4] ERROR MessagingFramework.Handler.MessageHandler - [MessageHandler] Unable to connect to message bus server at XXX.domain.com:8883.
Attempt: 10129

I can confirm there is no firewalls etc. on both sides of the agent / manager. Ef we re-register the agent, they show as online. None of our hosts have any sleep modes etc.
