Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi all.

 

Short question before christmas.

I looking for the new Apple MacBook Pro, with the new M1-Pro CPU. Is anyone running the ZCentral Receiver Software on the new Macs? Is the software running properly?

Hi

 

We are running Remote Boost 20.3.1 on MacBook with M1 Chip.

 

Seems to be stable for remote editing.

You use an older version of ZCentral... Do you know if the app is running native?

The app is using Rosetta - running Intel

 

Still god performance. We are now using Advanced Video Compression

Ok. Thank you.

I use advanced video compression too. Mostly with 60 F/sec. And the fan from my mac is turning high.. The windows server and the ZCentral App use about 100% CPU Power. Can you hear the fan as loud as you use FinalCut or some similar apps?

My Mac is a 3.3 ghz Dual Core I7 (2016 Mac Book Pro 13 inch, 16 gb Ram)
