frequently disconnections from sender

we're watching frequently disconnections between sender and receiver. The system service "HP ZCentral Remote Boost Sender Service" is crashing. The rd.log-file has always the same error
[Ice-5] ERROR - HprSender::ReconnectInfoSerializer::getUserInfoForSessionCookie - Unable to deserialize reconnect info. Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden. (translated: File not found)

My first thought was the antivirus system but there's nothing blocked.
Remote boot sender and receiver version is 22.1.0.8945.
