HP Z4 Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi People,

A customer from my company working with HP Z4 Workstations (Win 10). With Grapich software named  "Solid Edge 2020"

in combination with a 3Dconnexion 3DX-700028 SpaceNavigator 3D Mouse. This works localy fine. But they want work from home with there own computer.
They have installed the HP ZCentral Sender (on the Z4), and the reciever on a other Z4 (for testing). They can see the screen from remote computer etc.  Everything look likes working, only the 3D mouse doens't work in Soldig Edge 2020. (both computers have installed the a 3D mouse...)

is there anyone with experience with the above setup?

If the 3DConnexion mouse is connected to the receiver prior to making a Remote Boost connection, users would need unplug the mouse and plug it back in for it to be sent to the sender.  There is a way to modify the remoting behavior in the User Guide so that it will automatically switch back and forth without having to unplug and plug in the device. Look at page 52 and 53 in the Remote Boost User Guide for version 20.1.

I have a SpaceMouse Wireless Pro which looks like your mouse.  I have gotten that to remote without issue.  I had an R&D person try the same mouse as mine with the USB charging cable and it remoted properly as well by plugging it in after the connection.  You mentioned that you had the drivers on both sender and receiver which is necessary for the 3DConnexion mice to work.
