Hi Kelly, we have the same problem that you help to solved in other posts. We like to activate AVC without internet, we are using a firewall with split tunneling deactivated so when the client connect to the VPN, is disconnected from internet and cannot activate AVC.

Can you send us the procedure to manual activate it?

Sorry for the delay in answering.  Do you still need help with the manual activation of AVC?  If so, I will need to send you instructions along with the tools (OS appropriate) to run on all of your senders and receivers.  Will have PM enabled for you so I can reach out in a PM if you still want to do this.
