Hello everyone,

Getting the error : Activation failed for RGS Receiver. Internet access is required to activate RGS features: HP Velocity and Advanced Video Compression.

Could you please make a manual activation for me ?

I did respond to you inquiry about the activation of HP Velocity or AVC.  We changed the behavior in the latest release, and now HP Velocity requires a one time activation on a sender and receiver.  If you need a manual activation done, and I do mean manual, I need to send you tools and instructions so that I can do the activations for you.  All manual activations are kept by customer so I can easily add systems to the file, and you would only need to keep the most current instead of trying to figure out which system is on which file.  You can send your request to me at zcentral@hp.com
