HP Recommended

Hi, every time I open my app for email it kraches after acouple of seconds. I think its linked to when it updates the mailbox. It just started in the middle of the day yesterday without having done anything. Tried updating etc but now thinking of remove/reinstall the app as next option. Anything else to propose?
