Authorization Failed

We have ZCentral set up on multiple machines here and most have no issues.  That said, one I recently set up says Authorization Failed every time I try to log in with a specific user account.

I am able to connect to the PC in question using my domain admin account.  As soon as I try to log into it with the local admin account (the account the person who uses the computer is in control over - set as a local admin on the machine) it will start to log them in, but as soon as it does, it drops them.  I get an Authorization failed message.  It says,

"When you attempt to connect to another user's desktop a dialog is displayed on the Sender desktop asking the logged in user to allow your connection.  A user is not allowed to connect to another user's desktop unless they are explicitly allowed/authorized.  Either you were not granted access or the dialog timed-out and you were implicitly denied access."

This happens when I have logged out all users from the machine.  If I am currently in the machine with the domain admin account, it will ask me to allow them in.  I click OK and it boots me off.  As soon as I am out, the remote session starts connecting then closes with the above error message.

If I reconnect to the computer using RDP locally, it tells me another user is logged in and I will be booting them off if I connect.  That leads me to believe the other local admin account was actually logging into the system.

FWIW - Both the Domain Admin and Local Admin accounts are able to log in to the system fine using RDP, so I think it is something directly tied to the RGS setup.
