Hi There,
I have a problem when I try to establish a connection from an RGS sender with my RGS receiver.
The RGS receiver asks me for my credentials and authenticates me but after the authentication, I get a black screen and nothing happens.
Both PC's are HP Z820 - Windows 7 Professional x64 with Nvidia 4000 Quattro graphics cards.
My RGS version is the latest version: 7.6
Could you please advise what I should do next as it would be great to have this up and running.
Thanks

Apologies for the delay. Have you tried installing a different NVIDIA graphics driver? Normally black screens are due to graphic driver issues. You mention the card version but not what driver you are using. Is this particular Quadro 4000 just that or is it the K4000, M4000? Do you have monitors attached to your sender or it is running headless?
Have you enabled the NVDIIA resolution matching property in the rgsenderconfig file? This file is located where RGS is installed. You will have to stop and restart your sender service after making the change in the rgsenderconfig file.
## Enable enhanced RGS resolution matching for Windows systems with Nvidia graphics.
## Valid settings are on, off, and auto.
# Rgsender.Compatibility.Displays.AllowNvidiaResolutionMatching=auto
Change to on and remove #, save change, stop and restart the sender service to ensure change takes effect.
I work on the behalf of HP.
