Hi,

I can’t login in into my work station remotely because the CTRL ALT DELETE button of the ZCentral Remote doesn’t work.

CTRL ALT END with the keyboard does not work either.

If someone at the office unlock my session by pushing Ctrl Alt Del in the keyboard attached to the Sender, it works fine.

The same happens a few hours later… every time I go away for a while and the computer locks I can’t log in again unless somebody helps me at the office.

It was working ok for one week.

Reading the forum I found the tip:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System] "SoftwareSASGeneration"=dword:00000003

...but does not solve the problem.

Note: The only thing that seems to work is uninstall and reinstall.

Sorry to have been away from the forum.  Is this still an issue?  I see you mention 20.3 as the version.  20.3.0 or 20.3.1?

Can you confirm that this is checked on your receiver settings?

Just wondering if that got unchecked.  It is on by default.  If it is,

can you try checking Send First Key, and then see if it starts working.

In the meantime, I will try 20.3 to see what I get.

Yes Kelly, I can confirm this.

When it happens, neither the menu option nor the key combination ctrl-alt-end works.

I have not been able to reproduce this with 20.3.1 sender and receiver.  Can you provide me with more details on reproducing this issue?  Is your system at a lock screen when this happens?  I can get PM enabled for you and if possible, sending me your settings, maybe a video?
