Can't Download License File

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there, I'm trying to download my Z Central Remote Boost license files and am unable to. I can log into the E-Delivery site with my order confirmation number. When I click the link to download the licenses, I get a blank page. I have tried Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox and Safari on a Mac and a PC.

I'm sorry you were unable to download the license. Our testing shows that the web-site is up as of this morning. Will you please try again? If unsuccessful please send the following info to our Ops Team (e-sw-ops-support@hp.com😞
