Hi,

This is Mark from NIO.We want to try the RGS software but whatever I click it always show File not found

The address will be redirected to this:https://h30670.www3.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=RGS-WSR

I believe this is the official website but How can I download it?

Hello, looks like the link is taking you to the correct place for the trial license.  You will need to fill out the form.  After clicking next you will be directed to the download page.  There is a section called Software which will show the Windows and Linux versions of the sender and receiver.  You can choose to use the HP Download Manager or using the drop down menu choose Standard Download.  You can also download documentation, and the trial license from this same page.  You should also receive an email informing you that your HP e-Software Delivery is ready and a like to access your products.  If you still have problems, please reply to this message.
