HP RGS black screen in Linux Sender

Hello...

We have setup and RGS Sender in RHEL 7.9 which runs in Cloud. The RGSENDER service also started and able to reach the port from the Receiver (Windows 10).

Tried to connect using rgs receiver, it shows "establishing connection", than after some time it changes to black screen.

Anybody knows about this issue ? or similar ?

Checking to see if you still need help with this.  If you do, please provide version of RGS you are using for sender and receiver.

Also, is your sender headless (no displays attached)?
