Product: HP Z640 Base Model Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
We have 18 HP Z420
All Workstations work with Remote Graphic Sender, but in one Z4640 the RGS ask for a license.
All the workstations works with the same RGS version (ZCentral_RB_20.2.1_Win_Sender_Receiver_M39124-004), OS Win 10 Pro 64 bit
We try to unisntall complete the RGS and test other version. All the time ask for a license (do not recognize that are a Z Worstation)
The Z640 is 100% complete original, with all the original parts and in't a VM
Do You have any tool to run on a workstation, to know where is the problem? Or need any specific information?
Any help is welcomed.
Regards.
