Hello !

I am having issues getting an image from a connection to a RGS Sender machine.  Stats are :
Windows 7 Pro SP1 6.1
Remote Boost Receiver v20.0.1.25438 (This machine is also sometimes physically used to access other devices on our network thus explaining the presence of receiver)
Remote Boost Sender v20.1.0.26348
Quadro P2000 Driver version 377.83

This is a custom-built machine(Although pretty old), licensed thru RLM on our internal network. Users need to go thru LeoStream to download the ICA file then connect via RGS using this file. Connection seems to work fine but screens are black on user side (Working on host side, when sitting in front). It seems that physical interaction with the host will trigger visual on remote user's side but it defeats the purpose of having RGS Sender installed. Connection straight to the machine without using an ICA file will work about 1/4 of the time.

One thing to note is that both screens on host side are connected to a physical KVM thus screens are shared with an OSX machine. I figured this could be why there is no display on user side but have no solution thus far.

Have you resolved your issue, or do you still need help?  Apology for delays on answering things on the forum.
