HP ZCentral Remote Boost when it connects the machine doesnt respond for any inputs

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have bought the HP ZCentral Remote Boost 2020 STD E-LTU license we have installed 20.3 version and hp vmouse but when we are connecting from receiver post-login mouse and keyboard inputs doesn't work.


WE raised a formal ticket on the HP portal but no response if there is a support channel for HP RGS/ Z central please share the details.
