Hi, I have a MacBook  M1 at home with a 5K external monitor; when I tried to connect to my workstation at work(Windows 7 with 4K resolution), I can't make the remote screen go full screen. I've tried to change the resolution of my workstation and also enabling "set sender display to match receiver display" but I have the pop-up "The sender was unable to match the requested resolution."

Thank you!

When doing resolution matching, both the sender and receiver must be able to support the resolution being requested. In your setup, the sender is only capable of doing 4K.  You would try going headless and loading an EDID file from your 5K display.  Your could also not use resolution matching and use the scaling feature in Remote Boost.
