User cannot RGS into Rocky LInux 8.7 workstation anymore.  When trying to remote in with rgs i see a blank or black screen.  Worked previously.  Version installed - 

22.1.1.8973.  Only root login will work for rgs connection.

Hello,

Is your Linux sender headless?  If so you, you need to make sure that you have setup for a headless configuration or you will get a black screen when connecting.  We do have a newer version for V22 which is V22.1.2.9453 which is available for download on HP Software Depot.  I have attached the release notes, and instructions for setting up headless.  If these do not resolve your issue, can you send me an email at zcentral@hp.com

and reference this post so I know what the issue is.  I will most likely need the elevation template filled out and get logs to look at which I don't have you put on the forum due to the information collected.
