Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

We are using HP ZCentral Connect Manager 2022.

 

I received a REGISTRATION CODE and ACTIVATION CODE from Teradici.
I am having trouble figuring out how to register the license to HP ZCentral Connect Manager.
Can someone please tell me how to do this?

 

Do I import the license file from somewhere and register it in "%PROGRAMDATA%\HP\ZCentralConnectManager"?
Do I build a license server and register it with ZCentral Connect Manager?

Hello,

 

Can you reach out to Teradici support for assistance.  They are responsible for getting Remote Boost setup with the Linux license server.  After that if you have issues with Remote Boost functionality, please post here.  You can create a case with HP Teradici support using this link.  You will need to create a username and password to create the case.

If you are actually using ZCentral Connect, you would not have received codes from HP Teradici.
