Hello, I am looking for advice from users that are using HPZ Central Remote Boost from a MAC at home to PC.
I am looking for any tips for Keyboard layouts for example how to get a backslash from MAC keyboard to HP.
Double click when using MAC mouse to PC.
If anyone has a sheet or tips for users using MAC at Home it would be of great help.
Thanks

Hello,
Windows Sender from a Mac Receiver correct? What version of Remote Boost are you using on sender and receiver? There have been some Mac key mapping issues fixed in newer releases. I have a couple of MacBook Pros but not one using High Sierra. Are you seeing this issue in a particular application or just in general use?

Hi, I'm working for a company who is using this software. Any help at all would be great. It is a total pain to not have access to hot keys. I want to remap the windows key to my Command key since I'm on a mac.

Can you tell me what version of Remote Boost you are using on your sender and receiver?
What is your sender OS (build and version)?
What Mac OS are you using?
What Mac are you using?
I have a couple of Macbook Pro laptops that I can test with to see if this works. The user guide
indicates that to change a Hotkey sequence they must begin with Ctrl, Alt, or Shift. Wondering
if there is a way to change the behavior in a keyboard layout.

Hello,
I had our QA test this for me real quick since it has been very busy.
They tested with a MacBook Pro where the keyboard includes a black slash key, which is the
3rd key to the right of the P key on the keyboard. They tested with connection to Windows Sender and
validated that the back slash and other keyboard functions are working as expected between the
two systems.
Can you tell me what Mac you are using?
What version/build of Windows 10 are you using on your sender?
What Mac Mouse are you using that you are having issues with double clicking? I don't think my QA
team looked at this. Are you in a particular application or just in general with this issue?
What version of Remote Boost are you using on your sender and receiver?
