Product: HP Z820
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have noticed that when hovering mouse pointer over text (when the pointer changes icon from arrow to carette) the pointer slows down and exhibits stuttering. The slowness is not perceivable when I move fast, but when doing precision movements (to select some text) it slows down a lot, almost to a stop.
What is weird, that the effect happens only if I move cursor upwards, moving down works smoothly.
It is very frustrating to use - can I do something to fix it ?
I tried to record screengrab of this behaviour, but I'm not sure how much apparent it is (unless you hold a mouse in your hand!)
