Hi - If you purchase RGS [fixed - non floating]  sender license for a non HP workstation and then later replace that workstation....  Can the license be transferred to the new hardware? If yes - how is this done?

If you bought just a standard sender license for lets say a workstation or desktop, you should be able to just install it on the new system.  If it tied to a server and used to hand out RGS licenses, then the license would need to be fixed by the licensing group.  There is no charge for that.  Let me know if you have any difficulty.

Thanks for response. Will attempt to install trial license on a secondary machine. Was unsure if license was locked to a specific hardware id.  Not having much success with original install. see next message.

Trial license should work on anything.  Happy to look into this if you have any further issues.
