No mouse pointer Zcentral

Hello, 

I have Zcentral on a workstation z840 with Windows 10 when I connect through Zcentral to it and interact with Windows folders I lose the mouse pointer display.

Installing VMouse on the sender to fix mouse cursor disappearing is NOT working on Windows 11. 23H2 Build 22631.3737.
Everything else works, but cursor disappears at random times or each time I open or cross a Window border with the mouse cursor.
It is not usable like this.
Can I do something different? Do I have to disable the laptop original input device to have VMouse working?

This is the second time I have heard that our VMouse driver is not working with Win 11 23H2.  I know that it was tested with Win 8 and Win 11 when RGS was rebranded as Remote Boost.  Will test, and see what can be done.  On your sender, is it headless (no displays attached), and no keyboard or mouse correct?

You can install the vMouse that is packaged with the Windows sender and receiver.  If you can't find it, please send me a request for the VMouse driver at ZCentral@hp.com.
