PLEASE READ!! Important - Free Remote Boost License Expiration

ZCentral Remote Boost customers who have free licenses that were adopted during 2022 as included software with a Z Workstation purchase, the free (preload) license will expire and the software will stop working on January 10, 2023.  Customers who purchased either the HP Teradici single subscription or, HP Anyware Professional subscription will not be impacted.  In addition, customers who use RGS 7 and ZCentral Remote Boost V20 (adopted in 2021 or earlier) will also not be impacted.  For questions about migration and support, please reference the link below to the ZCentral Migration mentioned below.

HP Anyware is the new product that is combining the strengths of Remote Boost and Teradici CAS. 

Remote Boost and ZCentral Connect customers should become familiar with newly published migration guide

However, when you click on the download, you will be prompted to send certain information to ZCentral@hp.com

Hello,

In order to receive the V20.4 download, you need to send the request to the ZCentral@hp.com email address as shown in the screenshot.  That email will come to me. I then need to do the verification before providing the drop box (ftp) for downloading V20.4.    See the requirements in the screenshot.
