You can download both versions from HP Software Depot.  Recommend using Chrome browser, and if  you have difficulties, please clear your browsers history and try again.   If you still have issues, please reach out on the forum.  I have attached the updated User Guide and Release Notes.  The release notes are identical for both versions.  The only difference between them is that V22.1 requires are CA+ subscription or trial license if you are installing on a non-HP Z Workstation or a Z Workstation with a VM on it.  The preload license that gets installed on HP Z Workstations will expire on 01/01/2023.  To continue using you must purchase a subscription.

Is V20.4.0.8886 the perpetual license version?

HP Recommended

V20.4 does not require moving to a subscription when installed on a HP Z Workstation, or if you already have V20 standard licenses for non-HP hardware.
