RGS no audio

Hi! We have a new computer with a Nvidia Quadro RTX 5000, and we have HP RGS set up, but when on the RGS connection the audio does not work. When we directly connect to the workstation it works fine with audio. Just the remote connection with RGS doesnt work. it says "No Speakers or Headphones are plugged in". Does anyone have any ideas?


Yes we have enabled audio

We have installed the latest drivers across the computer

We have the latest sender and receiver software (Z Boost)


Any help would be appreciated. It works fine on all of our other stations. But i am wondering if it is something with the Quadro...

I've attached the User's Guide to help you troubleshoot your issue. You will find lots of information regarding audio configuration and playback through RGS.
