HP T530 ThinPro
Linux

Hi HP Community,

Can a microphone connected to the analog headset jack of a T530 receiver (running ThinPro) be sent back to the Sender (also running Linux)?

Page 49 of the HP Remote Graphics Software Manual 7.6 (http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06206770) mentions that USB Devices (which includes USB Microphones) can be mounted remotely only when the sender is Windows.

But the manual doesn't mention anything about the using the analog headset jack.

The analog headset jack works fine locally on the HP T530 running ThinPro, but I cannot get the microphone to work on the linux sender. I assume this is not possible, but it would useful to have this confirmed?

Thanks,

Alex
