When you say you can hear their audio through the internal speakers, meaning it is coming from the sender they are remoting into? If you disable all of the audio devices on the sender, and then reinstall the sender, that should install the HP Virtual Audio Driver. That will prevent audio from coming out of the sender, but the receiver will still get audio. We do have a way to force the HP Virtual Audio driver if Remote Boost is already installed on the sender.
HP Remote Audio Driver
To install, launch a command shell as administrator. Set the current working
directory to the folder that matches the operation system. For 64 bit Windows
7, this would be the win7\64 folder. For Windows 10, use the win8 folder. Run
the following command
..\..\devcon install hpraudio.inf hp_rg_audio_driver
To uninstall, open device manager, locate the HP Remote Audio driver, right
click and select Uninstall device. Select the option to delete the driver
software and click on the Uninstall button.
