We have an issue where users connected using a MAC have a problem where the cursor disappears and the only way to resolve it seems to be to quit out of Zboost and reconnect.
Any ideas?
Thanks

What is your sender setup that you are connecting to:
System hardware (Make and model):
OS (build and version):
Graphic card and driver version:
What are you doing when you see the cursor disappear?
What version of Remote Boost do you have installed on the receiver and the sender?

here you go..
Model: MacBook Air (Retina 13-inch 2020)
OS Version: macOS Catalina version 10.15.17
Graphics card: Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536MB
Version of zboost: 20.0.0.23427
Sender PC Z440 Win 10 pro
We run avid software.. The cursor disappears when we launch the title tool which is opened from within avid but it's a separate App I think.
Sender is 20.0.0.23427
Thanks

Thank you for the details. Not sure if this is possible or not, but since you are on the original version of Remote Boost, is it possible to upgrade to Remote Boost 20.1.0.26348? The latest Mac receiver is 20.1.1.8114. There was a fix on the Mac receiver for an expired installer certificate so it has a different version but is under the 20.1.0.26348 packages. In the meantime, will see if your issue can be reproduced.

We just released 20.1.2.8161 in March 2021. I also wanted to see if installing the vMouseSetup.exe which is included in the Windows package of Remote Boost can resolve your issue when installed on the Windows 10 sender.
