ZCentral Remote Boost V22
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there,

recently I moved from V20 to V22. Sender is my Home PC with Windows 11 24H2 and a 4K Monitor (DP), Receiver is my Microsoft SurfaceBook 3. On the Sender I have a NVIDIA 3090 with nevest drivers.

When I connect to the sender, I prefer to do this full screen, ergo I change the senders screen resolution to match the one of the receiver. This works fine. However, when I disconnect, the lower resolution stays on the sender, even after a reboot.
I have to reset it manually or setting it to the full 4K resolution with a batch file.

Is this a ZCentral Remote Boost issue or has it to to with the newest NVIDIA Drivers or Windows 11 Pro 24H2? Can I debug this somehow, to find out the cause?

With V20, older NVIDIA Drivers and Win 23H2 the senders resolution was reset after I disconnected the receiver.

The sender should revert back to its native resolution when you end the session.  Are you just clicking the X or are you signing out?  I am attaching my elevation template which is very helpful for me in trying to assist you.  Please email me back the template at zcentral@hp.com

Thanks, Kelly. I'm going to fill out the form and send it back tomorrow.

Usually I leave the session by rebooting the sender to be shure, that I have a well defined state.
Sometimes I leave with x ... with both exit versions, the sender is not going back to the default 4k resolution.

Thanks for doing that.  Will continue to help offline, but post a solution here once we have one.
