The status of host workstation in ZCentral Connect is 'Warning'.

HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Produce: HP Z440 Workstation
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro ver:1809

HP ZCentral Connect 2022
Version:22.0.6152.0

 

1. Accessed 'Administrator/Client portal'
2. Confirmed status of host, status was 'Warning'.

 

Then I have re-installed with installation guide document from HP again.
But it was not improved.
I could use ZCentral connect sesstion with warning status.
I would like to know why this status was warning, how to fix it.
Error massage is the following.
--------------------------------------------------------
Error Details for [Hostname]
HOST UNAVAILABLE
The Host could not be reached, it could be powered off.
Try powering it on or contact the Administrator.
--------------------------------------------------------
*Host workstation power is on.
Could you please advice me how to fix it?
