Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI,

I'm connecting to a windows machine RGS 20.4 from a MAC. Everything works fine, except when I use my Wacom, the pointer becomes a small dot and is really hard to work that way. It wasn't like this before, I tried everything. Is there a solution for this?

Thanks in advanced

Hello,  What version of 20.4 are you using, we have three.  20.4.0.8886, 20.4.1.8921, and recent 20.4.2.9063?

Below is from the user guide:

Windows sender solution
Wacom drivers are not required on the sender system. If they are installed, the Wacom Tablet controls do not show the device as being connected. You must make any adjustments to the Wacom device on the receiver system.
Configure applications on the sender using Windows Ink. Some applications use only the Wacom Wintab API rather than Windows Ink and do not work with this solution. Most pen-enabled applications use Windows Ink by default or can be configured to use Windows Ink. Updated versions of pen-aware applications tend to have better support for Windows Ink.
When using the pen for input on the sender, the cursor is often displayed as a small dot. This is expected behavior.
Windows has a setting to hide the pen cursor. Use Pen & Windows Ink controls in Windows Settings to specify definite behavior.

We can assist you in making some settings changes, but need to know what your receiver is, or if this is a Windows to Windows connection.  Also, application that you are using .
